ahmed at the front desk offered really good support! he were really good too assist with all inquiries. the team was consistently cute and provided attentive service . the location provides very easy access to key areas.
the room felt a bit cramped, as it seemed an extra bed was added. this made maneuvering somewhat difficult though the setup was functional.

I was happy with the helpful service! the receptionist, jawad, was really customer friendly, and that makes a difference. the room was very clean. I found a clean towel, warm shower, and soap. tea and a tv were also provided. it was great!

I appreciated the helpful and personable staff, especially Ahmed at the front desk. He were really nice too assist my partner and me. The location proved convenient. It offered easy access to various attractions. Daily cleaning was performed, which I found thorough and efficient.
The traffic noise and sirens from the street outside were quite noticeable.

the shower was good.
the room was quite small , i felt a bit cramped. the walls seemed thin , i could hear a lot of noise from other rooms. also , the bedside light didn't work properly , which was inconvenient.

The location was fairly convenient. A supermarket was situated right in front of the building. I found the staff to be friendly, especially Ammon at the front desk. HE WAS very helpful .
The bathroom was not clean. I noticed a build-up of dirt and dust in the corners. SOME tiles on the floor and walls were cracked. The television picture and sound were scrambled on every channel.
